Well, here's a little something for the superior PC master race. According
Crytek, the free (accent on 'free') DX11 Ultra Upgrade includes DirectX 11 support,
in addition to various visual improvements and performance optimization for

Total War forums has the word that second patch for the strategy Total War:
Shogun 2 will include DirectX 11 support to. The patch should be out during

Both NVIDIA
and Epic Games announced their cooperation to implement DirectX 11 features
into Epic's Unreal Engine technology. During this year's GDC, Epic Games demonstrated
the new tech, which (according to them anyway) is what next-generation games
should look like...

NVIDIA and Epic Games officially confirm that their new Unreal Engine 3, which
features DirectX 11 support. The announcement was made during this year's GDC.
Word is: "The new Unreal Engine 3 real-time demo, being shown during GDC
exclusively in Epic's booth (Business Suite #400, South Hall), was developed
using NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 500 Series GPUs...

THQ announced Metro 2033 passed the gold master stage of development and entered
manufacturing. They say this game will set "a new graphical benchmark on
both Xbox 360 and PC when it hits retail outlets on March 16th in the US and
Germany, March 18th in Australia and March 19th in the rest of the world...

The Steam page for the
PC edition of the upcoming action game Just Cause 2 offers details on the game,
as well as the system requirements. Guess what - the game neither supports Windows

PC Games Hardware managed to get several DX10/DX11 comparison screenshots from GSC Game World's upcoming game, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.
Seriously, if those shadow improvements don't make you switch to DX11, nothing will.
What a load of horseshite!
Okay, maybe the character models look less square-ish in DX11...

During the Gamefest 2008, Microsoft announced that Games for Windows Live becomes
entirely free, even for cross-platform gameplay with X360 owners. The industry
giant also announced that as of this fall it's going to launch a new Marketplace
for Games for Windows Live, giving players an opportunity to download free and
new content for games, in addition to trailers, demos and more...
