The sequel to Thief: Deadly Shadows (2004) is supposedly under way, Eidos Montreal
general manager Stephane D'Astous revealed
to OXM. D'Astrous said that the game is going to offer additional facets

According to Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada Deus Ex is now the company's a core
IP and he explained how they intend to continue the franchise. During a financial
briefing, Wada talked about Square's goal to focus on "ten IPs" it order to
gain "a continuous profit contribution" to the company...

Square
Enix reveals its plans to expand the development studio Eidos Montreal studio.
Apparently, a workforce of 100 will be added and a second studio will be oppened
-- Square Enix Montreal -- in 2012. Eidos-Montreal has officially begun its
work in 2007 with the release of the highly

Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have released an
update for their sci-fi game, Dues Ex: Human Revolution. This patch is applied
automatically via Steam. Word is:
"An issue was found that caused some users to be unable to start the game
on specific machines...

Square Enix announced that Deus Ex: Human Revolution has hit retailer shelves
in North America. They describe the game as an "an action RPG that offers
open-ended, hybrid gameplay." You can grab the game on PlayStation 3, Xbox
360 and Windows PC...

Eidos Montreal and Square Enix inform us that their upcoming sci-fi themed
multiplatform game, Deus Ex: Human Revolution has gone gold and will be available
in North American retail stores on August 23, 2011.
The game has been in development for over three years and is almost set to
launch for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC (via Steam and OnLive)...

IGN once again posted more
gameplay videos from Dues Ex: Human Revolution, as game director Jean-Francois
Dugas explains more about some of the possibilities that are on offer as you
go through some of the areas. There's about half an hour of gameplay
footage to go through, so sit back and enjoy (if you wish that is... it
is a bit of a spoiler, I guess).

Looks like we won't be playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution any time soon. Okay,
don't go crazy just yet, it's not that bad. We initially expected the game to
arrive during April this year. Instead of this originally planned launch window,
the game has received a new release date - August 23, 2011 for the North American
market (and August 26 for the UK)...

CVG managed to dig up leaked footage from this year's E3 behind-closed-doors
demo of
Deus Ex: Human Revolution, so have a look while some enraged lawyer issues
a removal request.
Can't say much about the graphics because the footage is shaky and blurred
(not to mention that you can't see a portion of the screen due some guy's head)...

Last year, rumors sprung up about a
new Thief game and it was confirmed later on that Eidos is looking to revive
its once hugely popular video game franchise with a fourth installment.
Well, Thief 4 may be arriving for the PS3 platform, according to a vague post
on the official PlayStation Twitter account. The tweet reads: "Oh
man: http://www.thief4.com/"

Deus Ex 3 just received an official title - Deus
Ex: Human Revolution. Eidos Montreal uncovered the game during this year's
GDC, offering a dandy
cinematic trailer. The game was initially supposed to hit stores last year.
Also, we assume PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions, albeit nothing has
been confirmed yet.

has word that Deus Ex 3 might be a PC exclusive (quite drooling, please). "It

were spot on. Eidos finally lifts the curtain to show its next project -
Thief 4 (you can start drooling right about now). Okay, they're not exactly lifting the curtain just yet. They're merely officially confirming the project, without giving out any details just yet...
