Hey folks. Hope you're having a very nice morning, working in your favorite office, drinking your favorite exotic coffee brand, doing your favorite job, looking at your favorite boss. Anyway, just wanted to direct your attention to our latest voting poll, which went up a few days ago...

According to a report from Journal du Gamer (translation via OXM), which cited a "trusted source" close to developer Valve, Half-life 3 is, in fact, in development. Supposedly the game won't be out until after 2013. Meanwhile, and this is the cool bit, the anonymous source commented that the game was inspired by the RPG Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim...

So, what did we decide about this then, fake? Most of you seem to think it's fake. Personally, I really want it to be true. Then again, it could just be a prank pulled off by some fan, which would be a shame indeed, because despite my skepticism about Valve actually working on HL3, there isn't a game I'd sooner play right now (hm, apart from Dragon Age: Origins 2 - The Proper Sequel You Fucking Assheads!)

And here we go again. Fan site ValveTime.net seems to have grabbed concept art from a "Valve employee." The images are supposedly from the rumored Half-Life 3 (or rather Half-Life 2: Episode 3), which was supposed to be released long ago or that's what may eager fans expected at least...

How many times have we longed for Valve to reveal at least a shred of evidence that Half-Life 3 exists (or Half-Life 2: Episode 3, if you prefer)? The thing is they never said a word. No official info or media. Nothing. Hints, rumors, possibly some tidbits that might lead us to believe they haven't given up on the project entirely, albeit nothing concrete...

I've had an exceptionally nourishing breakfast, followed by some yogurt, after which I had a large cup of tea. Then I had some biscuits. After that, I had some rice with mushrooms and when I was done with that, I decided to gulp down some fresh orange juice...

Regarding Half-Life 3... NO! They're not making it! So, quit talking about it! It's over, over I tell you! *SNIFF* Damn it! Someone hold me... Not you Doomsday!

Let's cut to the chase. The E3 surprise Valve mentioned is not, as you already know, Half-Life 2: Episode Three and, to clarify more recent rumors, it's NOT Half-life 3. First thing's first though, they've confirmed that Portal 2 has a new targeted release date for 2011 (previously scheduled for Holiday 2010)...

Wow, this Half-Life 3 rumor madness is slowly starting to get out of hand. Here's what I think. If it turns out Valve has been working secretly on Half-life 3, I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised. When Half-life 2 made its debut at an E3 many years back, I remember we asked Gabe Newell if they've been working on it for a long time...

Here we go again. According to an unnamed source, Valve's big E3 secret is the announcement for Half-life 3, which is reportedly running on the new Source Engine 2. The report was posted by VG247 and they claim this source said it's possible Valve will be showing off a full sequel to critically acclaimed shooter...

After Valve's cancellation of their Portal 2 E3 presentation, the well-known development studio hinted a mysterious announcement for the show via a weird e-mail. Word reached us that there's a rather official-looking teaser plaque, which may hold the answer to Vavle's riddle...

Haven't you had enough to drink already? You might as well sober up and face the fact: Half-Life Ep. 3 (or Half-Life 3 or whatever you wanna call it) won't come out this year either. It won't come out next year. I know you want it to, but it's just a pointless wish at this time.

That does it, I think it's time Valve said something about HL2: Episode Three. Anything, guys! Just a few measly crumbs of info or media (or both)! Screw it. If I was Valve, I'd turn Ep. Three into a full installment - Half-Life 3! Ah, that would get my gaming juices flowing like you wouldn't believe (and, for the record, they're not flowing right now).
