Okay, so, now Japan raised the severity level of the ongoing nuclear crisis to 7 (which is the maximum, as far as nuclear disasters go), giving the Fukushima Daiichi power plant situation the same urgency as the Chernobyl disaster. Contrary to earlier reports that PS3 sales are down in Japan, word is that the PlayStation 3 is now selling like crazy. "Sony’s PS3 has recorded its biggest weekly sales total in Japan since launching in November 2006," reports EO.
