Happy N7 day, everyone! BioWare doesn't have any Mass Effect news to share this week, but they kind of teased that remastering the original trilogy for new consoles is something in the pipeline. Looking forward to #N7Day14! Unfortunately we have no news about the Mass Effect Trilogy coming to new consoles...

BioWare has made a number of moves I do not appreciate, like selling their souls to EA, turning Mass Effect into an action-oriented game, rather than focusing on exploration and RPG elements a bit more after the original game. Recently though, they did make some interesting moves...

Here's something our resident writer Keri will be double-glad to hear. According to BioWare Montreal studio director Yanick Roy, Mass Effect 4 is "somewhere in the middle" stage of development. Now, I wonder will they have something prepared for the E3 2014 showfloor? Anyway...

A Chilean online retailer has a listing for a new generation version of the Mass Effect Trilogy for both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, as shown below. No release date or price mentioned, and BioWare hasn't said a word. As a huge Mass Effect fan, one would think I would be screaming ecstatic about it, but I'm not...

BioWare has already compiled a Mass Effect trilogy boxed set for the Xbox 360 and PS3, but it sounds like they're considering giving a similar, remastered treatment to the beloved trilogy for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. @shinobi602 @YanickRRoy We have discussed that internally...

BioWare is so far pleased with how the next Mass Effect game is coming along. "Great time playing the next Mass Effect game in Montreal," Aaryn Flynn, general manager of BioWare Edmonton and Montreal, tweeted. "Ambitious. Beautiful. Fresh but recognizable. And fun," he added. We still don't know much about the game yet, other than it will not involve Commander Shepard. It's a Mass Effect game, so of course I'm excited no matter what.

After their so-called N7 day, development studio BioWare is pointing our attention towards numerous tweets that were made, amounting to what seems like a teaser for the next Mass Effect game (they couldn't have just announced the game instead, I suppose)...

BioWare designer Matt Rhodes shared numerous of his concept drawings, a lot of which include the work he's done for BioWare's Mass Effect before the project kicked off (thanks EG). There are plenty of characters and aliens shown, and it's easy to see that some pretty awesome ideas spawned back then when they were still working on the original...

Chris Wynn, who was until recently an important member of the Gears of War team, left his position at Epic Games and is now going to contribute to BioWare's next addition to the Mass Effect series. Wynn is set to be a senior development director on the franchise...

Tomorrow, March 5th, BioWare will release the final DLC for Mass Effect 3. The Citadel DLC is a single-player campaign DLC, and apparently it's riddled with fanservice, including pretty much every favorite character from the first two games. In case you need some more convincing, here's a handy dandy trailer straight from BioWare.

Casey Hudson and Michael Gamble, both producers over at BioWare, tweeted some fine-looking images, which might be a sign that gamers will soon be able to get fresh downloadable content for Mass Effect 3. The tweet goes thus: "Looks like a nice place for some R&R." The images can be snatched below: click to view full gallery click to view full gallery Thanks EG.

David Gaider, writer and game designer, seems to be a bit tired of the current atmosphere on the BioWare Social Network forums. Bear in mind that this is the guy who is contributed to games like Baldur's Gate 2 and is now the lead writer for BioWare's Dragon Age series...
