Glorious times are ahead for the entertainment industry. According to Variety, EA is "eager to capitalize on studios seeking their own 'The Fast and the Furious'-type franchise, with the videogame publisher tapping sibling scribes George and John Gatins ('Real Steel') to adapt 'Need for Speed' into a feature...

It looks as though the trailer for the upcoming remake of Total Recall has begun to inspire a generally common feel among audiences. That feel begs the question: why the fuck make this movie? That is most frequent question I see across the Web; mostly asked by people who have seen the trailer, but also by those who haven't...

Anybody watched this yet? My God, that's a low score.

This seems like fun. A bit more of a wacky comedy than it should be, I mean, this is Tim Burton we're talking about. Still, the premise seems perfect and there are enormous breasts in the movie, which justifies any sort of commitment.

So, folks, anybody get a chance to check out Immortals? Is it any good at all? Let me know if it's worth a peek. Haven't been to the cinema in a while and I'd really like to see a proper movie, featuring semi-naked oily man fighting each other to the death. Holy, frostbitten asses, did I say "men" just then? I meant women.

Hollywood's most innovative idea yet. You've probably never ever heard or seen this story before... Still, I suppose it could be fun. Maybe.

This looks promising. Unbelievable tacky, but promising. Hm, actually the visual style of this movie is very District 9-ish, which sucks a bit. Still, it's amazing to see how much a young director can influence others. While we're on the subject, I'd also really like to se a sequel to D9 (that's one awesome movie).

Pixar never ceases to amaze me. Last night, I watched Toy Story 3 for the first time and it made me laugh hysterically and it made me cry, similarly to other Pixar movies in the past really. They manage to create characters and settings that are so wonderful and unique and at the same time they become universally loved...

So, anybody got a chance to check this movie out? I hear it's really, really, good. Wait a sec... Hmm, turns out a some people think it's crap. Oh what the hell, I'll just have a look myself. What's the worst that could happen?

What's with the sudden massive resurrection of movies with an 'aliens attack Earth' kind of plot? Wait, were they ever out of fashion in Hollywood? Hm, I think not. So, it's business as usual then in Hollywood, as films like Skyline and the upcoming Battle: Los Angeles hit the scene. From what I hear, Skyline is pure crap and, well, Battle LA, I dunno might be a bit better. Still, nothing original going on in the movie apparently and that sucks cock!

So, I went to see Clash of the Titans the other day. They were showing it in 3D and I had nothing better to do. Also, it was one of those blockbusters I just missed out on and said I'd watch later on DVD. Anyway, there really wasn't anything else remotely interesting in the cinema...

Not gaming news. Well, mainly because there's precious little gaming news at the moment. Anyway, thought you might be interested in having a peek at the US Weekend Boxoffice Chart: 1. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse $69.0/$161.0 2. The Last Airbender $40...

For ages now, the delightful and peaceful town of Cannes has been turned into a giant nest for movie-themed posters. The latest report, from UK-based movie mag Empire, points towards a couple of posters for video game adaptation, Kane & Lynch, that can be seen in front of the Majestic Hotel...
