Not too long ago, THQ refused to bring Metro: Last Light to Nintendo's recently
launched Wii U console, even though they showcased a demo for the FPS on the
platform.
Meanwhile, Ukraine-based developer 4A Games, creators of Metro: 2033 and Last
Light, uncovered that the project was dropped due to the limitations of Nintendo's
hardware...

Nintendo has officially stated that their Wii U console will sell at a loss
when it launches. The news was revealed at an investor briefing by Nintendo
President and CEO Satoru Iwata. He added that the console's price is "below
cost," which, apparently, is the reason for the company's reduced annual
net profit outlook...

Yesterday, Nintendo
officially revealed the release date and the price tags (for several regions)
for their new piece of gaming hardware. Initial prices are going to be locked
at $299 for the Basic set and $349 for the Premium set, whereas, according to
analyst Michael Pachter, Nintendo is surely to reduce the price next year...

Gamefront conducted an interview with Fumihiko Yasuda and Yosuke Hayashi from
Team Ninja's, who talk more about Nintendo's next-gen console. The folks at
Team Ninja said that the Wii U console is "very easy" to develop for, similarly
to PS3 and 360 system (Hm, the PS3? I thought that one was a real pain in the
neck for developers...

Japan, Europe and the United States before the end of 2012, confirms Nintendo
