Microsoft's new motion-sensing device for the Xbox 360 has been known as 'Project
Natal' until now, when the industry giant renamed its console technology to
"Kinect."
I lolled and cried at the same time.

I'm curious as to whether gamers will actually greet Microsoft's Project Natal
with enthusiasm or if it will wind up being nothing more than the occasional fun
for kids. Somehow I doubt mature gamers will relish the idea of jumping up and
down their living room trying to avoid a grenade or shimmying across ledges as
they try to maneuver Lara Croft on their TV sets. I mean, I can't see myself doing
this. Can you?

During Microsoft's Consumer Electronics Show 2010 keynote Entertainment & Devices
Division president Robbie Bach discussed the "Xbox Game Room," a collection
of retro style Xbox 360 mini-games as it were.
Bach also confirmed that the Xbox 360's motion-tracking camera Project Natal
is now slated to arrive during the 2010 Holiday season...

motion-sensing Natal peripheral, will be one of their priorities when developing

Microsoft's Project
Natal may be out in late 2010, according to THQ boss Brian Farrell. This
confirmation came from a THQ earnings call last night.
Meanwhile, Microsoft didn't give any specifics regarding the release date
for Natal. During the E3 Microsoft's Shane Kim said that when Natal launches,
it's going to be pretty big...

Apart from Halo 3: ODST, Bungie is also working on another mysterious Halo
project - Halo Reach. The development studio's Harold Ryan talked a bit on the
subject of Halo Reach. In fact, he mentioned the game could be compatible with
