According to Variety, Resident Evil is jumping from the big screen to the TV for a series spin-off of the movies. Constantin Film is behind the TV adaptation, and just to make sure it's clear, this is a spin-off based on the movies, not exactly the video games. The movies have been loosely based upon the games, to say the least.  Any video game you'd rather see get the TV series treatment?
There's a post over at Capcom Unity unveiling plans to bring Dead Rising 2, Resident Evil 5 and Off The Record to Steamworks to replace Games for Windows LIVE. It appears that this won't occur until sometime in 2015. Here's the word: If you're a fan of smashing zombies (and/or zombie-like Majini) on your PC...

Please try to restrain yourselves and try not to get too giddy about this. There's a new Resident Evil film on the way. Yaaay! Oh man, I'm so excited. Can you feel the buzz? Can you? Writer and director Paul W.S. Anderson said that the next film is most likely going to be the last one in the series; hence the working title: Resident Evil: The Final Chapter...
Capcom is preparing to release a new addition to the Resident Evil series (RE: Revelations) and the PC edition is on its way as well, which means it's time to have a looksy at the system requirements for the upcoming survival horror shooter (Or is it just a shooter? Honestly I don't even know any more...
Earlier this year, Capcom announced that they are brining Resident Evil Revelations to consoles (that means to Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U systems). Check out the gameplay footage below: VIDEO: 667869.mp4 Sorry, Capcom, you still have a lot to make up for, after taking a colossal dump on one of my favorite game franchises.
We've just received the official word that Capcom's Resident Evil Revelations is going to arrive for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo’s Wii U in North America on May 21 and EU on May 24, 2013. Gamers will be able to download the title digitally on for PS3 and Windows PC for $49...
Yesterday, Capcom officially launched it's horror action game, Resident Evil 6, giving gamers a chance to, once again, take that trip through zombie-infested streets, forests, graveyards and what have you. Mind you, on day one, PS3 owners who bought Resident Evil 6 via PSN, couldn't get access to the game...
Playing Resident Evil and, as usual, it got me thinking hard about herb consumption and how weird it is. AT COMIC: The Tale of Zombies And Herb Eating
We first encountered Resident Evil 6 during the E3 2012, when we were a little disappointed with the folks at Capcom. In fact, if I recall, our initial sentiment was thus: Just what the fuck do you think you're doing, Capcom? As most of you probably know, I am huge fan of the Resident Evil series, particularly Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5...
Hm, not entirely sure if buying Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is the wisest thing to do. So don't do it. Talking about the PC version, of course, which should be out in ten days or so. The console versions sucked, so no reason why you should waste your time on the PC port. Shame really. Resident Evil games usually kick massive assage. ORC was simply a franchise-milking failure.
According to Japanese magazine Famitsu, Tango Gameworks executive producer Shinji Mikami -- creator of the Resident Evil series -- has revealed that their development studio is committed to a new survival-horror game, currently referred to as "Zwei." Here's the official word from Tango Gameworks: Our latest project's codename is "Zwei" and it is a survival horror game...
The folks at Capcom have decided to speed up the release of the highly anticipated shooter Resident Evil 6. Instead of late November, the game now has a new launch window set for October 02, which is nice, you'll have to admit. One of the most obvious reasons for this is pushing the title ahead of other AAA games that are scheduled to arrive during November...
Many of you may already know this about me, but I'd just like to make it absolutely clear that I've loved the Resident Evil series, ever since the very first game on the original PlayStation console back in 1996. Other iterations were good as well...
Capcom officially confirms Resident Evil 6, the latest addition to the publisher's most popular horror themed series. The creators of Resident Evil 6 have described the game as 'dramatic horror' and have confirmed single and co-op multiplayer gameplay...
Well, soonish. There's a teaser image apparently over on the Hell Descent forums, indicating Resident Evil 6, which was allegedly taken during a Capcom closed-door press event at ComicCon last week. The event highlighted Capcom's various plans, amongst which was a supposed Resident Evil 6 logo pointing towards a continuation in the popular horror themed series...
