Hm, I fancy a proper single-player RPG. Oh wait, here's a nice-looking one, developed by Piranha Bytes. Yes, those guys responsible for Risen and the Gothic series. Let's see what they've come up with for the sequel, shall we. Here's a snip: This game is all about pirates and doing all sorts of pirate things...

Risen 2: Dark Waters is all about pirates. There are pirates a lot of 'em. Okay, I admit it, I just really am not all that crazy about pirates (well, I did enjoy 'Pirates' on the C64... and the original Monkey Island... and the character of Jack Sparrow...

Over a month ago, the good people at Piranha Bytes have revealed that the console versions of their RPG, Risen 2, is going to be released during April. That's for PC gamers. They also confirmed that console owners would have to wait until the end of May...

Piranha Bytes offers a few more details regarding the story in their forthcoming role-playing game, Risen 2: Dark Waters.
