Yves Guillemot, Ubisoft CEO, has commented on their latest project, Watch Dogs. He explained that the new PlayStation 4 architecture gives them the opportunity to create games with the PC as a lead platform, and how that's going to make things a helluva a lot easier to port to PlayStation 4 (as opposed to the PlayStation 3)...

We've been waiting a long time for some decent gameplay footage from Ubisoft Montreal's Watch Dogs, ever since the spectacular trailer back during the E3 2012. Today, the developers were kind enough to send along a new gameplay video, supplemented with dev. commentary, highlighting the open world aspect of this promising title. It looks as though the poster from last week that said Watch Dogs would be "available on all home consoles" may indeed be true as GameStop has begun pre-orders for a Wii U version of the upcoming title. This is in addition to the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC listings that are currently happening on their website...

Some leaked marketing materials that Kotaku got their hands on suggests as much. Specifically, Kotaku secured a poster that claims Watch Dogs will ship for "all home consoles" during this holiday season. Since it is believed that the next-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft will be available this holiday season...
